David Brandenburg - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Brandenburg was named Chairman at ViewCast in April 2013 and has been both an investor and board member at the Company sice 2008. He is a former Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and former Chief Executive Officer and President of Intervoice, a publicly held company acquired by Convergys in the fall of 2008. Intervoice developed and delivered enhanced services platforms to cellular service providers that enabled it to provide voice, text and video messaging and other enhanced services to its customers. Brandenburg first joined Intervoice in 1990 as Chief Operating Officer after having served as a director since 1989. He was promoted to President of Intervoice in 1991 where he served until December 1994 when he relinquished his position of President and assumed the position of Vice Chairman of the Board until May 1995. He intermittently served on the Intervoice Board, including as Chairman until the company was acquired by Convergys in September 2008. Brandenburg also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AnswerSoft, Inc. a global provider of call center software automation solutions from November 1997 to May 1998, at which time it completed a merger with Davox Corporation. Davox subsequently changed its name to Concerto Software, Inc. and, following a merger with Aspect Communications Corp., is now part of Aspect Software, Inc., a privately-held company.

Mr. Brandenburg received a BSEE from the University of Michigan and a MSEE from Southern Methodist University.

John Hammock - Ex VP Sales, Business Development & Marketing

Mr. Hammock joined ViewCast as Vice President of Sales in February 2010. Mr. Hammock has more than 20 years of sales leadership and business development experience in the networking market and video streaming industry. Mr. Hammock was Vice President of Americas Sales for Kasenna Inc, a publicly-traded provider of software to telecommunications, cable, enterprise and consumer electronics manufacturers. During his tenure, he delivered 12 consecutive quarters of sales growth. From 2004 to 2006, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Voxpath Networks where he was instrumental in developing major opportunities with Tier-1 and Tier-2 service providers. Mr. Hammock was Vice President of Sales for Columbia, Maryland-based Corvis Corporation from 2000 to 2004 where he delivered 83% of their total revenue over four years. His efforts helped the company successful launch a $1.6B IPO. Corvis later became Broadwing Corporation which was acquired by Level-3 Communications.

Mr. Hammock received a B.S. in Economics from Texas Christian University.

Adrian Giuhat - SVP Product Development/CTO

Mr. Giuhat has more than 20 years of senior management experience with a variety of technology and telecommunications companies including, most recently, Irving, TX-based Nexstar Broadcasting Group, one of the nation's top 20 broadcasting companies. Starting in 2008, Giuhat was Senior Vice President and CTO at Nexstar and helped define the company's digital media technology strategy. He also defined, deployed and supported the corporate IT infrastructure and data centers used for application hosting and video streaming.

From 2003 to 2008, Giuhat was founder and CTO of Plano, TX-based AvantGuard Technologies, a product development, data warehousing and technology company which defined, developed, and marketed web-based products used in video distribution, print advertising and pre-sales lead management. Concurrently, from 2007 to 2008 he worked in product and business development for a start-up applications and video codec technology company and from 2006 to 2007 he also co-founded and was CTO of a start-up telecom technology company. During 2000 to 2003 he served as SVP of Engineering for DG Systems (now DG FastChannel), a leader in content distribution of digital media to TV and radio stations across the US and Canada, where he was responsible for overall company technical direction, including the development of the first web-based clearance product in the advertising industry. Prior to 2000, Giuhat held senior level product development and management roles with ADC-Teledata, an Israeli telecom company, and with DSC-Alcatel USA, a multi-national telecom provider company.

Giuhat holds bachelor's and master's of science degrees in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest and an MBA from Ottawa University.

Wayne Shackelford – Vice President of International Sales

Mr. Shackelford has more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development and third-party relationships in the telecommunications industry. During his career, he has successfully managed strategic relationships with IOC, CLEC, Major Accounts, OEMs, Private Label Integrators, Multi-Territory Accounts, System Integrators and Service Provider telephone companies worldwide. He has managed worldwide sales teams consisting of sales executives, systems engineers and service support teams.

Before joining ViewCast, Mr. Shackelford was General Manager Hosting Business Unit at ASSIA Systems, a leader in DSL Management systems. Other organizations to which Wayne has contributed include Verilink where he helped grow revenues from $18M to more than $50M, Newbridge where he helped grow revenues from $300M to more than $2Bn which lead to Newbridge being purchased by Alcatel for $7.5 Bn, Micom where he helped close a large Nortel OEM contract which led to Nortel purchasing Micom for $158M and Infotron Systems were he helped Infotron grow as a startup with $3M annual revenues to more than $95M which lead to Infotron being purchased by Gandalf.

Mr. Shackelford studied Business and Computer Science at Louisiana State University and is an active member of the American Management Association and IEC.
