AES/EBU capture problem

Hi all,
anyone seen this? I get a cracking noise on my AES/EBU input. SDI audio is fine as long as there is no AES/EBU signal connected to the Osprey card. But as soon as I connect a AES/EBU signal the SDI audio gets the same problem. I didn't try audio only capture yet.

Here's the setup:
DELL Precision 650 dual 2,66 GHz Xeon 1GB RAM Win2K SP3, Osprey 560 (Driver 2.2.2.0)

Any ideas?
