ViewCast E-commerce Returns Policy
When you purchase any product from us you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Third-party manufacturers' policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own policies.
When you purchase a ViewCast original product, you are entitled to the ViewCast warranty against defective merchandise. ViewCast will repair, replace or refund them in accordance with the following policies:
Exchange, Merchandise Credit or Refund
Closed packages: Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version. If the ViewCast's original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 15 days from purchase for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to ViewCast is at your own expense.
Software Downloads: ViewCast will not exchange, credit or refund software download purchases. In some cases, ViewCast provides trial versions of software. We recommend that you download and test the trial software before purchasing to ensure that it will perform as expected.
