RMA Procedure In order to receive an RMA number, you must contact our Customer Support department to troubleshoot the product and/or problem.
Internet Address: [email protected] Please use this RMA Request Form to submit your RMA, for more than one RMA submission, simply click "Add More" to add mutiple product, product serial number and description, then click "Submit" when you are done.

- Your FAX Number
- Your E-mail Address
- Product Model or Part Number (e.g. Osprey 100, Osprey 1000)
- Product Serial Number Description of Failure or Problem (error codes if applicable)
- System Type and Operating System
After troubleshooting, if your product is determined to be defective and covered under ViewCast's warranty policy, then an RMA Number will be issued. International end-user customers must contact their Reseller to request an RMA RMA Policies and Procedures in PDF format
