This utility will add an option to the Windows NT4 booting
control file, boot.ini.  This utility saves the old
file in boot.old.

The user selects which operating system entry to use in
the boot.ini file, and this utility adds the text "/PCILOCK"
to that entry.
  
This boot control option prevents Windows NT4 from dynamically
assigning IRQ resources to PCI devices, and leaves the devices
as configured by the BIOS.
