To view this ReadMe after installation, select
"ReadMe" in the Osprey-50 program group.

To test the driver, click on "VidCap32" in the
Osprey-50 program group.

For detailed information about the board and driver,
click on the Users' Guide icon in the Osprey-50
program group.  The Users' Guide is in Adobe Acrobat
.pdf format.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader,
you can download it for free from www.adobe.com.

Quick start install:
====================

If you are installing the Osprey-50 for the first
time:  Shut off the PC, install the card, and restart
Win 95 or Win 98.  Follow the Win 95/98 Plug and Play 
directions.  Then follow the directions in the setup 
program that will automatically run after Plug and
Play has finished.

If you already have an Osprey-50 installed and are
updating your driver, first remove the old driver.
Click:

1. Control Panel
2. System
3. Device Manager
4. + Sound, video and game controllers
5. Osprey-100
6. Remove
7. OK (in confirmation message)
[If there is more than one Osprey-100 entry repeat
steps 4-7 until all are removed.]
8. Close

Then restart the PC.  Follow the Win 95/98 Plug and
Play directions.  Then follow the directions in the
setup program that will automatically run after 
Plug and Play has finished.
