If you are downloading Release 2.5, follow the installation
instructions in the read_1st.wri file.  Instead of running
Setup (setup.exe), however, you will need to run the downloaded
executable from this directory, "oti1k_v25.exe".  This program
is a self-extracting installation program that extracts and runs
the setup.exe program.
