Osprey-1000 Patch 2.4.1a Updates to OPI 2/98 NOTE: This is a patch for Paradise/Simplicity developers and users. If you do not use Paradise software, you do not need to install this patch. The Release Patch 2.4.1a is designed to be installed after Release 2.4.1 of the Osprey Software is installed. If you do not have Release 2.4.1 of the Osprey Software installed, you should do so before installing this patch to avoid any conflicts. This Developer's Kit patch is designed to be installed after Release 2.4.1 of the Developer's Kit is installed. If you do not have Release 2.4.1 of the Developer's Kit installed, you should do so before installing this patch, as it is not a complete Developer's Release. This patch includes a static build of the otiopi.lib file, called otiopis.lib. This library uses the multi-threaded DLL of the C++ Runtime library. If you use otiopis.lib when building your own application, you will need to use the multi-threaded DLL as well. Updates included in the OPI Release patch: Fixed bug which caused crash if trying to obtain device instance before mapping to pipeline. Support local video on Osprey-1500/SunVideo Plus. H.261 streaming optimizations to try to reduce latency. Fixed crash during shutdown when capturing local raw video. Fix collision problems with audio wave driver.
