Osprey AVStream Drivers

The following are links to download software and drivers for ViewCast products. Please click the appropriate download link below and follow the steps to download the software or driver. By downloading any of these drivers, you agree to the terms and conditions of the ViewCast software licensing agreement.

Aviator

The Aviator software has been discontinued. To access the driver properties of your Osprey-240e/450e, ViewCast recommends the use of Osprey Config available in the latest driver.

Linux Drivers

For select Osprey PCI and PCI-X cards, Linux drivers and support are available from the Linux Open Source community. Please note: these drivers are not supported by ViewCast.

Osprey AVStream Beta Drivers

Beta drivers are pre-release software and have not completed the full suite of testing for commercial release.

You will be required to agree to the Beta License Agreement before your download begins.

Beta Windows Osprey Driver for classes 1-4 (x32 bit Version 4.5.0.68)

This driver is pre-release software. This driver has been designed and undergone preliminary testing for use with 32-bit versions of Microsoft Windows XP SP3, Server 2003, Vista Business SP1, Server 2008, and Windows 7 operating systems. Use this driver if you have the following Osprey capture cards: O-100, O-200, O-210, O-220, O-230, O-300, O-440, O-530, O-540, or O-560.

SimulStream Registration

If you are installing on the Microsoft Vista operating system, some SimulStream registration utilities may not run. Please contact ViewCast support if you encounter a problem.

After purchasing SimulStream for any of these Osprey video capture cards, you can enable SimulStream though this registration utility.
