Viewcast warrants that products listed in its published Price Lists, are Year 2000 Compliant as defined herein:

Year 2000 compliance is defined as the capability of a product (whether hardware, software, middleware or firmware) to correctly process, provide and/or receive date information within and between centuries, including the proper exchange of date information among or between products.

To be Year 2000 compliant, all date information processing must be correctly handled for dates before, during and after January 1, 2000, including leap years. The functionality of a product cannot be affected by dates prior to, during or after January 1, 2000 and performance impacts must not occur.

In the event a Viewcast Product is shown to be not in conformity to the above warranties;

Viewcast shall, within thirty (30) days after notification or discovery thereof and at no expense to the end user, remedy such non-conformity or replace such non-conforming software or products with equivalent conforming software or product. Correction or replacement of non-conforming products shall be Viewcast’s sole obligation relative to failure of the products or software to be Year 2000 Compliant.
