Osprey 220 and Pinnalce

I know this has been addressed in other topics, but I have sent an email to the support address and still have not heard a reply. I would appreciate any help.

Hello,

I have just purchased an Osprey 220 Video Capture Card. I have not gotten very good quality with it thus far and would like to capture video from the card using Mpeg 2. I have Pinnacle Video Studio 7, but Pinnacle cannot see the card. It is not listed as a selectable input source. I have also tried Pinnacle 8 but with the same results. Is there anyway to get Pinnacle to see the Osprey Card?
