I apologize for the difficulty that you are having with the online help files.  I want to make sure that you are accessing the correct filename.  In the directory with the htm files, you should be selecting:

O100Release154.htm

If you select any other file, you could possibly receive the error message 'page cannot be displayed'.  Also as the other reply suggested, upgrading to the latest version of drivers delivers you a PDF version of the complete manual.

Agin I apologize for the problem.

Regards,

We are not aware of any issues related to viewing the user guide with IE5.5 or netscape, but we have recently transitioned all of our documents from HTML to PDF. Our recommendation would be to install the latest 2.0 driver, which will allow you to view the user guide in PDF format located in the Osprey Mulitmedia capture program folder. Please uninstall your current driver and download/install the latest from the following link:

ftp://ftp.viewcast.com/pub/OSP-200/winnt/fcs2.00/

Let us know if you have further questions.

I'm trying to open the help docs on NT for the osprey-100. For some reason Internet Explorer 5.5 returns "page cannot be displayed" and both netscape 4.7 and 6.2 just sit there. These are the documents on the CD for release 1.55.

Anyone else have this problem? Ideas?
