Osprey 210 drops frames in Asus P4B533-E

Hi,

We're trying to build a new encoder around an Asus P4B533-E motherboard with Intel Pentium 4 @ 2.4GHz, os: Windows 2000 server / professional

Chipset i845

2x512mb DDR PC333/PC2700

However, in this configuration it's impossible to capture fluid video, as there are intermittent frame drops / warping / artifacts. We've tried everything from updating Osprey drivers to P4B533 flash bios, removing all other cards, moving to other PCI slots etc. The same drivers / capture cards in other encoders work fine. It seems as if there is an incompatibility with this motherboard type...

Osprey 200 / 500 cards experienced the same problems in this motherboard.

Is there any solution besides buying another motherboard?

Regards
