In order to receive an RMA number, you must contact our Customer Support department to troubleshoot the product and/or problem.

- Your FAX Number
- Your Email Address
- Product Model or Part Number (e.g. Osprey 100, Osprey 1000)
- Product Serial Number
- Description of Failure or Problem (error codes if applicable)
- System Type and Operating System
After troubleshooting, if your product is determined to be defective, you will be given a Tech Support ID Number and instructed to submit an RMA Request Form.
