Q. Why is VidCap32 (or other application) execution causing my system to crash?
If your system does not allow you to assign IRQs, this issue can be difficult to resolve. Please use our technical support request form to get help. In rare instances, this may also indicate a problem with the Osprey�-100 board (one clue that this is the case may be that the board was working properly and is now failing, and that nothing else within the system has changed). After eliminating the possibility of an IRQ conflict, use our technical support request form or contact us by phone to determine if you need to replace the board. |
