Q. How do I customize my video window size in Windows 95/98?
A. Sorry, this is not currently possible.  Custom video sizes are only supported under NT. The sizes supported under Windows 95/98 are QCIF (176x144), 3/8 CIF, CIF (320x240), and full (640x480). We have no current plans to add custom sizes for 95/98. If you truly need custom sizes, you will need to use Windows NT.
