The Field Change Notices are self-extracting zip files.  Each file contains all necessary program files to replaced, and an instruction sheet (in PDF format). After downloading the file, copy it to a temporary directory and double-click to extract the contents. Install Adobe Reader, if necessary, and read or print the Field Change Notice instructions.
