ViewCast rebates are for the purchase of the Osprey-500 DV, Osprey-500 Pro and Osprey-500 DV Pro in the amounts of $50, $125, and $200 respectively. A ViewCast rebate also applies to the purchase of Niagara Streaming Systems configured with the Osprey-500 DV Pro capture card in the amount of $200.

You can receive an additional cash rebate in the amount of $50 when you trade in your old streaming capture card (ViewCast or Competitor) for:

  • Osprey-500 Pro
  • Osprey-500 DV Pro
  • Niagara Streaming System configured with Osprey-500 DV Pro

With this additional rebate, the total rebate amount for:

  • Osprey-500 Pro would be $175
  • Osprey-500 DV Pro would be $250
  • Niagara configured with Osprey-500 DV Pro would be $250.

Card trade-in's must be shipped to ViewCast and received before issuing cash rebate.

You must register your Osprey-500 or Niagara product, print the rebate form, and then submit the completed rebate form with your dated receipt of purchase before 11/30/01 to obtain the rebate.

Osprey-500 & Niagara Rebate Limitations:

The limitations of the rebate program are:

  • Only Osprey-500 boards or Niagara streaming systems (configured with the Osprey-500 DV Pro) purchased between June 1, 2001 and August 31, 2001 are eligible for the rebate.
  • Rebate offer will end on August 31, 2001.
  • Submissions for the rebate must be received by November 30, 2001.
  • All rebates must be submitted by mail and include a copy of the purchase invoice with date of purchase. Online or electronic rebate submissions will not be accepted.
  • Resellers, dealers, distributors or any persons purchasing Osprey or Niagara product with the intent to resell are not eligible for the rebate.
  • One rebate will be issued for each unique serial number submitted.

Trade In Rebate Limitations

The limitations of the trade in rebate program are:

  • The Osprey-500 DV board is not eligible for the trade in additional rebate amount.
  • Only Osprey-500 Pro or Osprey-500 DV Pro boards or Niagara configured with Osprey-500 DV Pro that are purchased between June 1, 2001 and August 31, 2001 are eligible for the trade in additional rebate.
  • Trade in rebate offer will end on August 31, 2001.
  • Submissions for the trade in rebate must be received by November 30, 2001.
  • All trade in rebates must be submitted by mail and include a copy of the purchase invoice of the Osprey-500 Pro or Osprey-500 DV Pro or the Niagara (configured with the Osprey-500 DV Pro) with date of purchase and the trade in board. Trade in rebates will not be processed until ViewCast receives the trade in board at thier corporate offices in Dallas, TX.
  • Resellers, dealers, distributors or any persons purchasing Osprey product with the intent to resell are not eligible for the trade in rebate.
  • One trade in rebate will be issued for each unique serial number and product trade-in submitted.
