WorkFone VBX

The WorkFone® works in conjunction with the Viewpoint VBX™ server, to provide full-featured desktop video communications, controlled from a dynamic interface that's as easy to use as your regular telephone.

WorkFone® VBX is designed for the local user; WorkFone 320 is designed for the user who is communicating with the H.320 (ISDN) protocol. WorkFone® consists of an external interface box for the desktop computer plus a software package that runs under Windows NT, Windows 98 or Windows 95. There is also a Macintosh version.

The VBX System is a video PBX that works as a central switch to handle point-to-point and multi-point video communications. Working in conjunction with your VBX System, WorkFone VBX provides full-featured desktop video communications, controlled from a dynamic interface that's as easy to use as your regular telephone.
The WorkFone VBX desktop client is currently available for the Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Macintosh 8.6 OS.
