need help immediately

my company does webcasting, trying to break someone in new, have an osprey 500 card, which has worked great in the past, in a dual xeon machine, all of sudden cant get it to put out audio, stays in unbalanced audio, when I try to go to balanced xlr, the apply screen isnt lit, have tried almost everything, going into windows media

can anyone help
