HELP! We have an important webcast coming up next Tuesday and we just found a problem with our Osprey capture cards. We contacted RealNetworks support and they said it was because of the Osprey capture cards. We recently upgrade to the new version of RealProducerPlus (two licenses). When we do a webcast test, it works and on the bottom of the screen there is a large banner that says "SimulStream Evaluation" along with a picture of a bird which I have since found is probably an osprey.  We have never been to the viewcast website to download anything or to test anything. You have activated the SimulStream evaluation in the drivers. Simple uncheck the SimulStream eval and the logo will disappear.
