How does one create custom video sizes for Helix encoders in SCX explorer ?

The default settings for QCIF, CIF and full in SCX explorer appears to be wrong for PAL format video, so I end up with a much wider video image than I should (especially at QCIF).

QCIF defaults to 192x144, instead of 176x144
CIF   defaults to 384x288, instead of 352x288
Full   defaults to 720x576, instead of 704x576 

Selecting the custom size results in a really strange video size of 33554x32 appearing, but it does not let me edit the values.

Can the default sizes be tweaked somewhere or is there a way of changing the custom size ?
