I was attempting to use Vara Software's Wirecast product.  However when I start up Wirecast, it tells me that I do not have a Direct3D compatible device.  I have an Osprey 230 and 440 installed on 2 different systems.  Tried on both Winxp and Win2K Server.  Same results. 

Do the osprey drivers support Direct3D?

Direct3D is an API for manipulating and displaying three-dimensional objects. Direct3D provides programmers with a way to develop 3-D programs that can utilize whatever graphics acceleration device is installed in the machine. Virtually all 3-D accelerator video display cards for PCs support Direct3D.

Osprey cards are not video display cards. Osprey cards are video capture cards. Osprey cards do not utilized the 3D properties of your display card. Contact your video display card manufacturer or your software publisher for assistance.
