I've got a customer using an HP xw4200 workstation.

They use an application we have created that access a video storage system to preview its contents within the application.

When this application is started, the Windows XP Pro operating system will crash. Im still trying ot get a shot of the error messages, but thought it might be worth throwing my problem out here for some insight or ideas as to what may be causing the problem.
