Hello everyone

I would like to use my Osprey 210 card for capturing TV. I am located in Montenegro, where we use PAL-B system for TV broadcasting. What equipment do I need in addition to my Osprey 210 and breakout cable, for viewing (and hearing) TV on my PC?

Any comment will be very useful.
