Hi Bobclark;

I don't know about the 210 card, but in general, depending on your OS, you might just try rolling back to the previous drivers.  Win Xp seems to have some good options. Or, uninstall the card and reinstall using the older drivers.

Here's a nifty article that might help. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;3065 46&sd=tech

I've been doing some testing since my first post and it appears that the problem may be in the Videonices MXProDV switcher we are using to switch the cameras.  We are switching between 3 cameras and a CG in put.  The audio from several inputs are running through a Mackie 1402 mixer.  To test my theory that the Audio / Video is loosing sync through the Switcher, I ran the output from the Audio Mixer into the Video switchers audio in put and then back out to the audio compressor and then to the Osprey 220.  So far every thing looks much closer at 15 fps.  Then next live show I will stream the video at 30 fps and that should tell me where we are at this point.  Thanks for responding to my post.  Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
