MR. RATLIFF has been Vice President of Manufacturing of the company since 1998. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Ratliff was Vice President of Operations for BancTec, a premier manufacturer of computer driven image scanning and reading equipment. BancTec had acquired Recognition International, where Mr. Ratliff was employed as Vice President of Operations between 1993 and 1997. Recognition International had, in turn, acquired Lundy Financial Systems, where Mr. Ratliff had been employed as Vice President of Operations since 1990. Between 1966 and 1990, Mr. Ratliff had worked for Recognition Equipment. Inc, where he was employed in successively more responsible positions, culminating in the position of Director of Operations. 

Mr. Ratliff has an Associates degree in Electronics from Parsons Community College, Fairfield Iowa and a degree in Computer Service Engineering from Iowa Technical Institute.
