Dallas, Texas, December 21, 1999 - ViewCast.com, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCST), a leading provider of Internet and networked video solutions, today announced Laurie L. Latham has been named Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Latham joined the company in this position on December 13, 1999.

While at Perivox Corporation she was instrumental in guiding the company from an entrepreneurial concept to a working business model. Previously, Ms. Latham held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at Axis Media Corporation, a graphics, photography and marketing agency, also located in Irving, Texas. While in these positions, she gained extensive experience with raising equity capital in both the private and public sector, debt restructuring, strategic planning and corporate development.
