Dallas, Texas, May 5, 1999 ViewCast.com, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCST), the company that develops equipment for Internet video communication solutions, today announced it will be demonstrating its streaming video products at the RealNetworks (Nasdaq:RNWK) Conference & Exhibition '99, May 5-7 at the San Francisco Marriott in San Francisco, CA. The RealNetworks Conference is the world's largest exhibition dedicated to streaming media and offers a full spectrum of learning opportunities including how to produce, deploy and profit from streaming media. ViewCast.com will be in the Pavilion, demonstration area #18.
ViewCast.com will be demonstrating its Osprey -1000/G2 Hardware Encoder - the first hardware implementation of RealNetworks RealSystem G2 Encoder, which became available earlier this spring. RealNetworks is also using ViewCast.com's Osprey-100 video cards as a key component in their training laboratories and demonstrations at the show to guarantee high-quality video.
