ViewCast.com Announces First Quarter 2000 Results

Dallas, Texas, (April 26, 2000) � ViewCast.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCST), a leading provider of Internet and networked video solutions, today reported financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2000.

First quarter revenues were $1.94 million, a slight decrease from $1.99 million reported in the fourth quarter of 1999 and $2.0 million reported in the year ago period. Net loss for the first quarter was $2.1 million, compared to a net loss of $2.0 million reported in the previous quarter and unchanged year-over-year. Basic and diluted net loss per share for the first quarter was ($0.15), unchanged from the previous quarter and improved from ($0.20) reported in the quarter ended March 31,1999.
