MR. BRANDT is responsible for component and system sales in the United States, Canada and Mexico. He joined ViewCast in the Fall of 1995 as Vice President of Sales for the Osprey Technologies Division.  He was responsible for recruiting and managing an international distributor network throughout Europe and Asia/Pacific.  Mr. Brandt's early career as a computer design engineer for E-Systems served as a foundation for his 25 years in sales and sales management.  As a sales professional, he spent 13 years with Data General Corporation in increasingly responsible roles ending as general manager of Data General Canada.

Prior to joining the ViewCast, Mr. Brandt was a founder and vice president of Sales and marketing for Cadnetix Corporation, developer of ECAD workstations.  He also held the position of vice president of sales & marketing at Analytix Incorporated, a hedge fund investment company that he co-founded.

Mr. Brandt holds a BSEE from Oklahoma State University and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program of Cornell University.
