DALLAS (Feb. 22, 2000) � Harry E. Bruner has been named senior vice president of sales and marketing at ViewCast.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCST), a leading provider of Internet and networked video solutions, effective Feb. 21.

In this newly created position, Bruner will oversee all sales and marketing functions. This will include overseeing the sales efforts for ViewCast.com�s current businesses in streaming video and video conferencing and distribution solutions. In addition, Bruner will develop marketing plans for new products and services currently under development at ViewCast.com.

Bruner has extensive experience in related industries. Since 1997, Bruner has served as vice president of worldwide sales for Intecom Inc., a privately held, Dallas-based company that develops, markets and supports voice and data communications systems, with a focus on the call center and IP telephony markets. Prior to that, he was president of the call center division of Executone Information Systems, Inc., a publicly traded company based in Millford, Conn., that develops, markets and supports voice and data communications systems. Bruner has also served as vice president of sales at Fremont, Calif.-based Voyant Corporation and at Carpinteria, Calif.-based Digital Sound Corporation. In addition, he has been vice president of sales for North America at Aspect Telecommunications, director of sales for Octel Communications, and served in various capacities with Rolm Corporation, a leading manufacturer of digital PBX systems.
