("DCi"). We are a leading global provider of enterprise-wide,video communication products for both real-time and on-demand applications. Our market presence has been expanded and supplemented with the acquisition of DCi's technology services and sales operation in October 2002.

ViewCast Osprey� Video - ViewCast's line of Osprey� capture cards and codecs are the de facto standard in the streaming media industry. They capture, digitize, compress, transmit, receive, decompress and display full-motion video.

ViewCast Systems - ViewCast creates and delivers standards-based video communications solutions through its Niagara� Streaming Systems and ViewCast IVN� systems. ViewCast Systems provides turnkey systems for acquisition, compression, storage, catalog and retrieval of streaming video for Internet/intranet delivery. Viewpoint VBX provides high-quality native-mode video. Unlike competing systems, Viewpoint VBX moves video over existing building wiring and employs a technology that does not impact performance on the customer's LAN.
